About the Instructor

Rosey Sramek of In-Tune Eventing has been riding and competing horses for Fifteen years. She grew up competing in eventing and pony club in the Portland area. She then spent four years in Painesville, OH studying Equine Science at Lake Erie College.

Included in her coursework was an intensive study of the theory and practice of eventing, dressage and show jumping as well as in-depth courses in teaching and training. During her studies at Lake Erie she competed on the intercollegiate hunter jumper team, dressage team and combined training as well as competing in the team showjumping competition Prix de Ville of North America.

In 2007 Rosey spent a year studying abroad at Hartpury College in Gloucester, England where she studied equine sports medicine.

While in England she also trained with the British Horse Society and received her instructor’s certification in 2007.

In 2008 she completed her degree and received her bachelors of science in Equestrian Teacher/Trainer.

In 2009 Rosey trained with Dawn Ruthenven and Robin Avalon in the Centered riding instructor certification clinic and in July of 2009 received her level centered riding instructor’s certification.
